The current demand for highly skilled and qualified professionals is being fulfilled by both, the urban and rural population. Industries, today, have realized that customer loyalty and customer satisfaction are the key tools for success. No longer meeting just the basic need will suffice.

In the wake of this realization, the Education & Training industry too, is striving to add value at every stage. From pre-school learning to post-graduation and beyond, the need for continuous up-gradation of learning process and learning facilities are immense. Today, the Education & Training industry in India, is moving towards a unique mix of old-school and advanced methodologies of teaching and learning. The customer base is an exceptional blend of young students and working professionals, both wanting to benefit from the new trends in the Education & Training industry.

Aviation Industry, today, is synonymous with the highest standards of Customer Service. With the increasing competition, service becomes the differentiating factor and hence, the need for more trained professionals. This prompted the Airawat Group to foray into the Education & Training vertical with the launch of Airawat Aviation Academy (P) Ltd. (AAAPL) in 2007. The huge success of AAAPL, coupled with the demand for trained personnel in the services and planning sectors, motivated us to re-invent it further and re-christen it as the ‘Institute for Excellence in Services & Planning (IESP)’.

The team of IESP, having Pan-India operations, backed by its parent organization, firmly believes that quality knowledge must be made available to all along with innovative and interactive learning methods. We blend theoretical formats with first-hand, practical experience in related fields. This equips students with factual information as well as nurtures them to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ from the very first day in their career.

IESP’s ‘Learning & Development’ wing focuses on delivering customized and value-added training solutions through its capacity building approach in fields of Hospitality, Healthcare, Aviation, Retail, Road Safety and Infrastructure. The programs are categorized based on IESP’s two unique training models -Business to Customer Training (B2C) i.e. imparting training to students and aspiring professionals and Business to Business Training (B2B) i.e. imparting latest and need-based training to other Corporate Organizations.

It will be our constant endeavor to churn out service-industry professionals and make every effort to gain a global reputation for providing world-class training solutions. In addition to our existing presence, we envision 20 more institutes in India and neighboring nations by 2015.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the students, my team and the clients in the industry who have helped us to make this fascinating journey a success story.
